We keep Samples of all our products at our depots. It is customer's responsibility to visit and view samples before placing any order. By placing any order for products advertised on this website, you agree that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
Where we deliver goods that are different from Samples provided, we accept and process refunds within 48 hours. For your refunds to be processed, please send a formal mail to info@inframat.co.za detailing the following:

Standard Products:
This covers general products that are standardized in nature and not determined by Brands, including general bricks, aggregates , composts, soils, sands and stone
100% Refund Policy on Standard Products:
All products wrongly delivered , rejected on arrival, before offloading will be taken back to nearest depot by our drivers at no additional cost to you. It is customer's responsibility to visit depot and view samples for all colored aggregate, concrete and stone products as natural gravels vary in shades of colors. Correct product will be delivered within 24 hours (product exchange) or alternatively a full refund is processed immediately. This policy does not apply to products rejected due to differences in shades of colors on concrete and aggregates as we keep all product samples which the customer has responsibility to visit and view before delivery . Aggregates are natural products and shades of colors do vary even when taken from same quarry.
Partial Refund Policy on Standard Products
Goods delivered, accepted and then returned thereafter will be refunded at Invoice value less handling Fees . Handling fees are charged to cover transportation, and product handling costs and will not exceed 85% of Invoice value (product dependent). Custom manufactured products are not covered by this refund.
Branded Products:
This covers general products that are non standardized in nature and specified by Brands, including Asphalt Products, Filter Media, and Bitumen Products
100% Refund Policy on Branded Products:
Branded products are manufactured following strict procedures as per the licensing Brand owners . Products marketed under Brands are delivered in compliance with brand owner specifications. Where client returns or reject a Branded product, the matter is raised with Brand License owners and product is compared with standard Brand Specs . Product comparatives are solely based on Brand specs and no comparisons to other different brands will be accepted.
Branded goods that are returned Qualify for 100% refund when Brand specification comparisons indicates that the product didn't meet the specification of the Brand's standards.
Partial Refund Policy on Branded Products
Where inspection indicate that the products supplied and rejected met the Brand standards and specifications, the refund will be adjusted to Order Value less transportation charges and handling fees. Transportation charges vary by delivery location, usually 30% within same province , 65% interprovincial and upto 90% for international deliveries..
Custom Products:
This covers products made on order, to non standard measurements or units as specified by client needs. Products under this range include custom sizes Gabion Baskets , Geoliners , GeoMembranes and filter grits.
O% Refund Policy on Custom Products
We do not accept refunds or product exchanges for custom made products where the dimensions or measurements were specifically cut to meet customer specifications. On our website, we market and advertise standard product sizes and dimensions.
Refunds for Delivery Cancellations
Client initiated delivery cancellations are accepted when communicated in time, preferably a day before delivery. Such cancellations can be due to weather changes, project scope changes or timing changes. There is no penalty for on time cancellations (communicated before commencement of delivery). Cancellations of orders in transit (After commencement of delivery) are subject to partial refund. Refunds for in-transit cancellations are for material only. Transport costs are forfeited . We retain evidence of material cost . Where valuation of material cost is disputed, equivalent original manufacturer prices are accepted as fair valuation. Material refunds are not applicable to custom made products.
